i've come to the conclusion that a lot of girls binge.
due to psychological and emotional reasons mostly. anyway, if we really have to... what do you ladies think is the best food to binge on.. that will 1)burn off easy and/or 2)come out quickly and/or 3)has least amount or calories/fat/carbs while satisfying you mentally.. |

I don't know about your 3 stipulations but when I need just something between meals, I will normally snack on olives, nuts, peanut butter, or a beef stick from my store. I will also sometimes drink green tea if I need just something besides water. Hope this helps. [img]/forum/images/icons/smile.gif[/img]

Hmmmm bread, licorice, marchmallows, fruit, pop corn.... You know all those goodies that taste sooo good, but that you really shouldn't be eating.....
Eat every 2-3 hours and try to follow your diet, that's the very best solution. AND then give yourself a free meal once a week.

<font color="blue"> I'm w/ Krypto on this one...she and i seem to have the same taste! Although, i go a step further and add oatmeal raisin cookies with PB spread on them! Oh ~ that's all natural Peanut Butter in case you were wondering!! lol! But my very favorite thing is cinnamon pancakes smothered in peanut butter w/ sliced bananas...and of course sugar free syrup [img]/forum/images/icons/confused.gif[/img] !! </font color>
