Default Great Day In The Gym

Today I reached one of the goals that I set for myself when I first joined my gym.

I pulled all the weight on our standing calf machine (500lbs) for 5 reps and it felt amazing, even more so because other people in the gym noticed. I know that sounds vain but sometimes I enjoy the look of surprise on people's faces.

Well next week i guess i can use 500 as my start weight and work down!

Congratulations! You know that you are gonna keep getting stronger, you could pull an Arnold and load up all the weight then have somebody stand on top of the machine And you think you get looks now, heh Congrats on your progress!
