Hey,
I'm 16 years old, I have been working out for only about 2 months now, and I am trying to gain alot of mass. I take Protein but I don't seem to be gaining much mass. Although I am getting alot stronger. does anyone have any idea what I might be doing wrong? [img]/forum/images/icons/confused.gif[/img] |

You need patience...... It takes a long time for us women to gain lean muscle mass, but don't worry it'll come.
Don't be afraid of taking heavy (always with proper form!!), resting and eating well and then the beautiful curves will come.
