This is mainly for myself just to see my own progress and read my commentary about each days workout, but feel free to comment.
I am trying to get my mind in shape mostly...and trying to overcome some mental and physical obsticles in my workouts. I feel like some of my workouts are bad because of my attitude twoards them...so Im working on that [img]/forum/images/icons/smile.gif[/img] Anyway... I am currently on a 4 day powerlifting split to try and build a better and stronger base to work off of for Bodybuilding. I plan to get back into my old bodybuilding split in a week or two. Monday - Squats/Legs Tuesday - Bench/Chest/Shoulders Thursday - Deadlift/Back Friday/Saturday - Arms/Forearms I didnt workout today but ill update this tomorrow when I do deadlifts.
