Age 26 Height : 5' 11" Weight : 181 Lbs Goals : To gain some lean muscle with minimum fat!! Roughly about 205 Lbs Could some one check this Diet I have put together, because I have a fair idea what to eat but how much and when is the problem. I train in the mourning !! Training Days !! Pre Workout Meal !! Meal 1 4 Egg Whites 1 Serving Skim Milk 1 Serving Amino Acid Post Workout !! Meal 2 4 Egg Whites 1\2 Serving Skim Milk 1 Serving Amino Acid 1Banana Meal 3 8oz Fish 10oz Potato 16oz Orange Juice Meal 4 7oz Chicken Breast 2 Apples 2 Bananas 2 Oranges 1oz Wheat Cereal Meal 5 6oz Tuna 16oz Orange Juice 2 Tbs. Peanut Butter Meal 6 4 Egg Whites 2oz Cheese 1 Serving Amino Acid 1 Serving Safflower Oil Non Training Days Meal 1 4 Egg Whites 1 Serving Skim Milk 1 Serving Amino Acid Meal 2 4 Egg Whites 1\2 Serving Skim Milk 1 Serving Amino Acid Meal 3 8oz Fish 10oz Potato 8oz Orange Juice Meal 4 7oz Chicken Breast 2 Oranges 1oz Wheat Cereal Meal 5 6oz Tuna 2 Tbs. Peanut Butter Meal 6 4 Egg Whites 2oz Cheese 1 Serving Amino Acid 1 Tbs. Safflower Oil I would really like to know should i start to bulk immediately or gradually increase my intake. Also when should i stop bulking ands start to cut ? |

First off, welcome to the boards! Secondly
Meal 1 4 Egg Whites 1 Serving Skim Milk ( <font color="red"> replace with oatmeal for more prodicient energy ) </font color> 1 Serving Amino Acid Post Workout !! Meal 2 4 Egg Whites ( I prefer whey protein, but egg whites are ok, id have more of them though, I believe an egg white has about 3.5 grams of protein, which means you are only getting 15 grams post workout. You need at least 40. Thats why whey is easier ) 1\2 Serving Skim Milk <font color="blue"> see banana </font color> 1 Serving Amino Acid 1Banana ( <font color="green"> eliminate this, fructose is not your best option. Have 60 grams of dextrose, or malodrextrose, instead of the banana and milk </font color> Meal 3 8oz Fish 10oz Potato 16oz Orange Juice ( <font color="green"> replace with water, some vitamin c, and 8 more ounces of fish, and 5 mmore ounces of potato, and if you can add some spinach that would be great </font color> Meal 4 7oz Chicken Breast ( <font color="green"> thats decent, Id personally have 12 ounces ) </font color> 2 Apples 2 Bananas 2 Oranges <font color="green"> eliminate the fruit have a multivitamin, and take in some starchy carbs, like sweet potatoes, preferably 2 </font color> 1oz Wheat Cereal Meal 5 6oz Tuna 16oz Orange Juice 2 Tbs. Peanut Butter <font color="green"> eliminate the orange juice and have some vitamin c, then have some whole wheat, whole grain bread instead </font color> Meal 6 4 Egg Whites <font color="green"> ( double this ) </font color> 2oz Cheese 1 Serving Amino Acid 1 Serving Safflower Oil Ok, welcome to abcbodybuilding! And my suggestion overall is to not rely on fructose for fuel. Rely on starchy carbs and leafy green vegtables. Try and have greens with 2-3 of your meals. And drink plenty of water( see nutritional assessment sheet )

Hi Thanks for the advice, but where do i get a good source of dextrose or malodrextrose from >???
