Chest tri's shoulders split today.
Worked chest out first, then delts, then triceps, Ended up doing skullcrushers til failure then using the same weight to do close grip bench press right after but only the first 6-8 inches off my chest.... BUGGAR that was painful in the tricep region. Then onto the shoulder press machine and ran the rack had to really push myself. Phew. could not open the gym doors after that my triceps gave way. I love days like these.
