just testing my new avatar as well as just keeping a notation to myself about my training. Gotta keep eating. been averaging about 162 163, will know what the final results are on friday, getting a body fat/LBM anaylsis. Hope its a good report, i have been working and eating hard..

official monthly report:
weighed in at 158 LBM - last month - 141.99# LMB - Today - 147.10# Fat weight - last month - 12.01 Fat weight - Today - 10.90 Body fat% - last month - 7.8 Body fat% - Today - 6.9 3 point - pec - 5 ab - 12 thigh - 8 Dissapointed that I dropped back to 158 on the weigh in, but it was mostly water and that doesnt matter anyways. I prefer the readings as accuarate as I can get them. Still working on getting more lean mass. www.angelfire.com/co/pcrob/training.html Any Comments?
