well all this is from set 1and 3, i do 3sets of 8 on everything
1/25/02 bench press: 130lbs,7 reps ;3rd set-4 reps inlcine bench: 105lbs, 8 reps;3rd set-4 reps military press: 75lbs, 8 reps;3rd set-5 reps upright rows: 80lbs, 7 reps;srd set-4 reps curls(w/g): 60lbs, 8 reps;3rd set- 3 reps reverse curls: 50lbs, 6 reps;3rd set- 3 reps tri extension: 60lbs, 8 reps;3rd set 5 reps tri pulldown: 50lbs, 8 reps;3rd set 6 reps bent row: 105lbs, 8 reps;3rd set 4 reps pullover 58lbs, 8 reps;3rd set ill post my leg progress on led day.
