WHITE RICE [img]graemlins/images/icons/shocked.gif[/img] SKIM MILK [img]graemlins/images/icons/shocked.gif[/img] LOW-FAT MAYO [img]graemlins/images/icons/shocked.gif[/img] (but then again, u use normal mayo alongside, so it kinda cancels out) Also, make that wholemeal pitta other than that, looks good, and god, ur obbessed with calories, i VAGULEY count .......lol P.S. seems funny, me giving u advice [img]graemlins/images/icons/rolleyes.gif[/img] |

What's wrong with that? ** Lactose, and not enough fat to slow down digestion, Depends on ur metabolism, semi-skim might be better 4) Yes I am obsessed with calories...
