*lifting felt good today. Took it easy on the running as my legs were pumped before it started. I found an awesome app that tells you how far you have run and tells you your pace.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
