Friday - Chest 15?, Back 15?, Triceps 6, Biceps 2

* I actually didn't get 10 reps for all 10 sets, by the end I was getting about 8 reps. Also, not sure if I did 10 sets, I was talking with my wife and keeping a fast pace, it may have been 11 sets or 9 sets, not really sure, but it was a lot of volume either way.

Ring Dips

Incline Barll
