Seated box jump-
High bench 3,3

450x1 (add belt)
Straight leg sit-up (2 sec pause)
4x1 min alt walk 4x1
30sec hard run
Walk 2 min
*today started out great. The box jumps felt great the warmups on DL were flying. Then things slowed down. So I did the smart thing and dropped my tm down big time to deal with the running I am doing. I plan on perfecting my DL form in the process.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
