Band Hamstring Curls (lgt.)
3x12

12 reps for each angle, straight, left, right.

Band Hip Thrusters (Lgt.)
3x12

I've tried these before with a barbell but it was very awkward, too much pressure on the pelvis, tried the bands as an alternative. Deadlift lockout has always been a weakness, hoping these will help.
