speaking of carbs..

according to the ABC Journel... and the calculations provided - I should consume 62 grams of carbs (dex/mon) post workout.

That's a lot of sugar....

Whats your guy's thoughts regarding this and a potential diabetes risk? That's more grams of sugar than a coke.
