*best DL day in a long time. Much better job of keeping my butt down and chest up. Squats felt good too. I just got the Beyond 5/3/1 ebook and it has some great ideas for the 5/3/1 Jedis. I am a stay at home dad for the next two months so I am experimenting with 3 lifting days a week and 3 cardio days (weight vest walking and pushing the baby carriage or elliptical on ugly days). I might go for some baby walks on lifting days as well if it is nice.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
