*squat form is improving. Found a good low body mobility warmup today and it made a difference. Also been stretching at night and my hip flexor tendinitis has improved. Hopefully only a few more weeks of pt. Now if I can fix my right leg external rotation I am good.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!

Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
