First training session after vacation from work. Did some speed squats with my suit bottoms, variation from my raw training, will do a 3-week wave. Using hamstring curls instead of GHRs for this wave as well. Attended a powerlifting seminar last week, great information although I could have gotten a lot more out of it. Didn't participate in any of the hands on, nor asked any questions, wasn't in a training mindset all week long. Have my goals set for a competition coming up in October.
