Thursday - Bench/Upper back

* Cable Upright/High Row Hybrid between many sets 50-65 pounds x 12 to 15 reps, around 11 total sets

Flat Bench Press
265 x 1
225 x 8, 7, 6 - paused
200 x 8+4
190 x 8+5

Incline Press
135x10
115x10, 2 sets

OH Press
120x10, 4 sets

Fixed Bar OH Extensions, Goal is 50+ reps ASA, took 4 sets
Cable OH Extensions - 10-15 partials, 3 sets
