Squat- low bar chucks
50x5,5,5 as long jump-3x4
Squat- high bar
1 arm plate swing-
*switched back to low bar and slightly wider than shoulder width and it felt great. Once I get used to it again I will smash the weight.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
