I support IF not for the sake of limiting your eating in a fixed "window" but for the sake of unloading your mind and body from the nonsense of eating every 2-3 hours. Maybe, it is better for professional bodybuilders to eat very often, in order to cover their insane caloric demands and support growth, but for the regular person this isn't practical at all. Bang for the buck, IF is better suited for me. It's important to note, that this approach isn't good for people with eating disorders and negative connection with food, cuz it can trigger binge eating and other problems.
