My goals are to find 3 days a week I can workout without all day pain. I think want to cling to my program other small increment to where I can shake it up a little. I ride the Bike stationary, and do a lot of seated exercises. Hey Algavinn, keep us up on your progression getting ready for the Arnold's. Best luck. RTR!
