I'm a corrective specialist luckily, so there are actually some asanas I dont generally suggest for some specific clients, and some asanas definitely require a strength and coordination that can only be worked up to. But yes, technique and form are important for any activity, and most of the people I see have had a substantial contribution made to their dysfunctions due to terrible technique in exercise and motion.
