My goals aren't toward the body building side anymore, my bulk is plenty enough towards anything I ever wanted. I'm just working in fixing things and getting healthier.

Get erectors firing again and get back strength back to a comfortable 350lb deadlift.
Fix lower cross, especially loosening hip flexors, and completely working out my adductors.
Compete in one cycling event, which may be the portland Triathlon.
