New PR on overhead press, shame I couldn't get 2 sets of 5 reps. Hopefully next time. Felt really good on the rest of the workout, energy levels are good.
I'll be having no rest days and doing 4 sessions in a row this week as i'm playing a Big Poker tournament on Sat night and Sunday evening which will eat into gym time. Only positive is the chance to win some more money.
