* Passed my ACSM personal trainer test today, now to look for part time employment

Thursday - Squat and Deadlift

Squat

Deadlift - all sets of 5 except noted

* Still working on gradually bringing up deadlift training weights

Leg Extension

Leg Curl (+ chains)
