Well.....it looks like I may be getting hired for a Physical Labor job for the first time since I was in my teens. At 36 going on 37, I refuse to be beaten by the younger guys so I'm going to be switching up my training starting tomorrow.
I'm going to keep the 5x5 routine for the core lifts and see how long I can keep making progress while adding in cardio work and some other lifts associated with working physical labor.
Current - 207lbs @ 17% bf
