Workout was trying to stay warm, it was about 10 degrees, but at least the sun was out!

E1) Fixed Bar OH Extension BWx12, 10, 8, 7 - usually try to get past 50 reps as fast as possible, but didn't have time or energy today

AB Bench OH Extension - 32.5 x pulsing reps and iso holds, 3 sets
