*Started out squatting in chucks and was not feeling it. Switched to olympic shoes and felt much better. I have been doing something everyday for my hip flexor making sure it does not get tight. If I could only get rid of the pain and get full rom back I would be cooking with peanut oil.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
