Thursday - Squat and Deadlift

Squat
320x5, 3 sets
270x10

* 320x9 is my PR for a single set, but I don't believe I have ever done 320 for 3 sets of 5, while not terrible exciting, this would be a volume PR

Deadlift - all sets of 5 except noted
331, 4 sets
336, 4 sets
341, 1 set
341x8

* Still working on gradually bringing up deadlift training weights since several workouts ago I was out of the groove and messing up my lower back. Today felt great like last week, hopefully I got my groove back.

Leg Extension
70x25
70x15 + isotension
60x12 + isotension

Leg Curl (+ chains)
20 (+25) x 15, 10
