*My warmup sets on the deadlift felt awesome. I thought my last set was going to be a big PR but the **** bar keep sliding out in front of me when it hit the ground. I wanted 8 and got it via rest pause.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
