Thanks Joe. So far so good. 2 weeks into 5x5 lifting and no signs of slowing progress yet.
My back went out last week which it hasn't done in 2 years
I made it through todays workout but had to belt up for Barbbell Rows and Shrugs.
Diet isn't the greatest right now. Eating a lot of junk but aiming to keep my cals high. Should be able to clean it up this coming week as a major grocery store visit is in order
