* Cable Rows or Lat Pulldowns 91x12 between many bench sets, also some band face pulls

Ring Dips
BWx10, 3 sets

Incline Bench Press
240x1
218.5 x 7, 6, 5, 6
203.5 x 7 + 4 rest pause
183.5 x 8 + 5 rest pause

Goblet Carry x 45 to 60 seconds, 85 lb dumbbell
Paused Incline Bench Press - 183.5x3

Fixed Bar OH Extensions - 50 reps ASAP, took 5 sets

Ab Bench OH Extensions - partials and iso-holds
