I decided to switch up my program a bit. I was going to run the Stronglifts 5x5 program but after a week, I decided it's just too abbreviated for me.
I have since switched up to the ICF 5x5 which entails more accessory work and changes up some of the lifts. Only done one session so far but thoroughly enjoyed it. Second session this afternoon.
I have to say, it's definitely a different approach to what I'm used to. Squatting 3x a week and never working to failure.
