Seated bench jump-
3x3 @ bench + 1 block
Squat (high bar close stance)-
400x1 (add belt)
440x1 (add wraps)
Rack pull (1 hole)-
Plank with barbell in rack-(feet on bench)
*Solid day in every way. I had a huge headache at the start of this and magically squats cured that. The weights were flying today.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
