Hello all. Longtime member, been away for a very long time.
Decided to comeback to the forum as it's been awhile since I chatted with fellow lifters.
Never stopped lifting and am currently in the best shape I've been in in a very long time. Still holding some fat but not too worried about it for now. Going to start with a 5x5 for a light-medium bulk for the next 3 months.
It's also been a long time since I counted calories so I'll start at a conservative 3k for the first 2 weeks and adjust from there.
