1)Axle clean/Standing ab-
320x3 (belt) (switch to chucks)
400x6 (add wraps)(pr)
3)Squat- high bar olympic shoes
4)GHR/Straight leg situp-
*Long day and did not get to lift to after 7pm and was tired but I perserved and hit a small rep pr which felt good.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
