Ring Dips
BWx10, 2 sets (started late, didn't do 3rd set)

Incline Bench Press
212.5 x 8, 7, 6, 6
202.5 x 7 + 4 rest pause
182.5 x 8 + 5 rest pause
ss w/
Power Clean 150x5, 5 sets

One Arm Barbell Row
50x15, 12, 10 - each arm

Bent Row, 100x10, several sets

Pushups BWx15, 12, 12

Ab Bench OH Extensions
