Squat- (olympic shoes)
140x3 (atg 3 sec pause to stretch)
GHR/Situp (paused 2 sec at bottom)-
*It was freaking cold today and took forever and a day to get warmed up. Even by my last squat set I didn't feel loose enough in the hips. I still managed to beat my goal by one rep so I am good with that.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
