*Was pissed off going into this. It shows in deadlift video. I deal with incompetence everyday at work but when I have to deal with incompetence that put me in danger it pisses me off.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
