*Benching has been going better lately. I am still not in PR land yet but I am feeling strong and tight on the bench. It was way too frikken cold in the shed for November today but I gotta do what I gotta do to stay warm.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
