Yoga has been a huge help for me. I worked out for many years without proper stretching. As a result my muscles are very tight and and often ache. Yoga, especially hot yoga, gives me a concentrated time in which I stretch and improve my flexibility. Being guided through the stretches is great because it works with my competitive mind set. I feel challenged to work through the pain and complete the task.
