*I was all over the place today. My focus was not very strong. This started out as a rep day for squats then I was going to do 5s then I made it 3s and added some singles. The good news was by the time I got to 375x5 I started getting my groove on. My biggest flaw on squats is getting my superman on meaning chest up, back arched and butt out. When I get that right I kill it and that all starts with the thousand yard stare. I think arched back gm will help get my butt back and keep the arch.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
