I recently set my diet plan to maintain my fitness level.
I eat 1 apple, 1 glass of fresh orange juice, and omelet in breakfast.
In lunch I eat one bread along with fried vegetables or meat, vegetables salad and some fruits.
In dinner I take only vegetables soup or green tea.
