Just the things I read in the articles you sent about it being easier to put on fat the fatter you get. And harder to put on muscle. And I think my metabolism is pretty slow for my weight. My dad can finish the same Pollo Tropical meal as me when we are working and I get freakin' so stuffed from it. Yet he is like 175 lbs and I'm 205. The cutting bodyfat and pushing the prowler should hopefully help with that.
