So 2 months later, I'm still sitting at ~205 lbs. Trying a small surplus and trying to stay away from processed food has made the bulking attempt very difficult. Plus, I think there are some physiological issues at work as well. If you follow Commander's log, then you've seen the conversation I've had with him and the articles he posted up. So the new goal now is to cut bodyfat down to a healthy level before I attempt a proper bulk. At the beginning of the month I was 206 lbs & 24% bf from a 7 site caliper test. Hoping to compete in the 198s in December and then make my way down to ~190 slowly before I re-assess where I'm at.
