*I felt pretty good today. Most of my squat felt solid. I used chalk on the shed door as a focal point and I felt more solid. The death stare is important to good squat form. Every week I focus on something important on a lift and hopefully will put it all together.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
