Hi Ejod,

I'm newly back also.........Just set myself up a 3 day split. 123...123...and Sunday's off. I also take a one mile walk at least 3 days a week if possible. I limit myself to somewhere around 30 to 40 minutes in my workouts and really love it. All the best to you, starting light sounds great to me also.
