*Squats are getting better. I have been using a high bar position and I feel able to stay more upright with less forward lean. If I can get my groin healthy I would be rolling.
Discipline makes you mentally and physically tough!
Currently making everything stronger!!
Once I stick to the program I am going to get really strong.
