What Is Your Current Workout Split
What's up everyone?
I am in the process of designing my own workout after following the 13 Weeks To Hardcore Fat Burning. I am proud to say that I saw great gains, lost fat, and now I am inspired to reach new levels! I definitely want to change things up and follow a new workout plan.
I am curious as to what your fitness goals are and what workout split you are following to assist you in accomplishing those goals. Usually, I like to see what other people are doing.
