Back to it after what feels like an eternity. Carried on adding weight til i felt like the next increase would compromise form then did my working sets.
Each subsequent workout i'm planning on 11lb increases for squats
10lb for bench (down to 5lb after 2 weeks)
15lb for deadlifts.
Good looking group here Greg. I am proud to see you are coming back. I lost my mom a couple years back and I even preached her funeral at her request. Having a chance to burn out in the gym helped greatly. I have no words but always a shoulder my brother. God Bless!
